Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 19, 2026

ReadyCoParents is designed for private organization and documentation. This policy explains what information may be collected and how it is used.

1. Information You Provide

We may collect your name, email address, password hash, child-related record entries, custody exchange notes, incident notes, expense records, communication notes, uploaded files, settings, and payment-related status information.

2. Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. ReadyCoParents does not store your full card number. Stripe may provide payment status, payer email, customer ID, and checkout session details so we can activate access.

3. How Information Is Used

Your information is used to provide the app, protect your account, organize your records, process access after payment, troubleshoot issues, and improve the service.

4. Sensitive Records

Co-parenting records may be sensitive. Do not enter or upload information you are not comfortable storing online. Keep your password private and download personal backups of important summaries or files.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal records. We may share limited information with service providers needed to run the app, such as hosting, database, payment processing, or security services. We may also disclose information if required by law.

6. Security

We use login sessions, password hashing, user-specific data access, prepared database statements, file validation, and webhook signature verification. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure.

7. Data Deletion

You may request account or data deletion by contacting support. Some information may be retained when required for security, payment records, dispute handling, backups, or legal compliance.

8. Children’s Privacy

The app is intended for adults. Children should not create accounts or use ReadyCoParents directly.

9. Contact

Privacy questions or deletion requests can be sent to support@readycoparents.com.
