Yes. Each user’s records are protected by Row Level Security so only you can read or edit your own data. Files are stored in a private cloud bucket scoped to your account. We do not sell or share your information.
Does my co-parent see my records?+
No. Ready Coparents is a single-user documentation tool. Your co-parent has no access to your account, records, or uploads. You decide what to share by exporting or printing what you need.
Will my records be useful in court or mediation?+
Records are timestamped, organized, and easy to print or hand to an attorney or mediator. Whether specific records are admissible in a court proceeding depends on local rules and your case — that is a question for your attorney. This product is documentation support, not legal advice.
What happens after the 7-day free trial?+
Your records stay saved. Adding new custody logs, incidents, expenses, visitation notes, and evidence files pauses until you subscribe for $9.99/month. Subscribing unlocks everything immediately.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page — your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period, no questions asked. Your records remain available while your account is active.
Can I export or print my records?+
Yes. The Evidence Binder organizes everything into folders (custody logs, incidents, expenses, messages, visitation notes) with a print-ready view. Use your browser’s print dialog to save as PDF for an attorney or mediator.
