Your privacy comes first
ReadyCoParents is built so that your records stay private to you. We use per-user access rules (row-level security) so that your exchanges, incidents, expenses, communication logs and evidence files can only ever be read by your own account.
What we collect
- Your email address, used to sign in and contact you about your account.
- The records and files you choose to create and upload.
- Subscription status needed to manage your trial and billing.
Account security
Passwords are stored as secure hashes by our authentication provider — we never see your plain-text password. Files are stored in private, per-user storage. Payment events are verified using signed webhooks so billing status stays accurate and tamper-resistant.
Payments
Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers — Stripe processes and secures your payment details directly.
Children's privacy
ReadyCoParents is an adults-only product (18+). It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all associated records at any time from Settings or by emailing support@readycoparents.com. When you delete your account, your records and uploaded files are removed.
