Ready Coparents respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: email address and password (stored hashed).
- Profile information: name and any other details you choose to add.
- Records you create: custody logs, incident reports, expenses, visitation notes, saved templates, and uploaded files (receipts, screenshots, documents).
- Payment information: processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device, and usage events for security, fraud prevention, and product improvement.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide and operate the Service;
- To authenticate you and protect your account;
- To process subscription payments;
- To respond to support requests;
- To improve the Service;
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Privacy of Your Records
Records and files you upload are private to your account. We use Row Level Security so that only you can read, modify, or delete your own data. Employees and contractors do not access Your Content except when reasonably required to provide support, investigate abuse, or comply with law — and only with appropriate authorization.
4. Service Providers
We share information with vendors who help us run the Service:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
- Netlify — web hosting.
- Stripe — subscription billing.
These providers are bound by their own privacy and security commitments. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data Retention
We retain account information and Your Content while your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize Your Content within a reasonable period, except records we are legally required to keep (such as billing records).
6. Your Choices & Rights
- Access, update, or correct your profile from the Settings page.
- Export your records using the Evidence Binder print/PDF view.
- Delete your account by emailing support@readycoparents.com. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA, including access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection. To exercise these rights, contact support@readycoparents.com.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures including TLS in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and Row Level Security. No system is 100% secure; you are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
8. Children
The Service is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact support@readycoparents.com.
9. International Users
The Service is operated from the United States. By using the Service from outside the US, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the US.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
