Terms of Service — ReadyCoParents

1. Not legal advice

ReadyCoParents is an organization and documentation tool only. It does not provide legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney–client relationship. Nothing in the app should be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney or other professional. You are responsible for any decisions you make.

2. Your data is yours

You own the records you create. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information you enter and the files you upload. Please only document facts you have a right to record and store.

3. Accounts & security

You must keep your login credentials secure. Passwords are stored hashed by our authentication provider, and your records are protected by per-user access rules so that only you can view them. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Trial & billing

New accounts start with a 30-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires a recurring subscription of $9.99/month. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your full card number. You can cancel at any time, and your records remain private to you.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use ReadyCoParents to harass others, to store unlawful content, or in any way that violates applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Adults only

ReadyCoParents is intended for adults (18+). It is not directed to children and is not intended for use by children.

7. Data deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated records at any time from Settings or by emailing support@readycoparents.com.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
