These Terms explain the basic rules for using ReadyCoParents. By using the website or app, you agree to use it responsibly and only for lawful personal record keeping.

ReadyCoParents is an organization and documentation tool. It does not provide legal advice, legal strategy, legal representation, or guarantees about custody, mediation, court, or co-parenting outcomes. Contact a qualified attorney for legal guidance.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login information private and for all activity under your account. Use accurate information and do not share your account with anyone else.

3. Your Records

You are responsible for the information, notes, files, and evidence you upload or enter. Do not upload illegal content, content you do not have a right to store, or anything that violates another person’s rights.

4. Payment And Access

ReadyCoParents may offer a free trial and one-time lifetime access. Payment is processed by Stripe. Access may be limited, suspended, or removed for misuse, fraud, chargebacks, or violation of these Terms.

5. No Guarantees

We aim to keep ReadyCoParents stable and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific results, or that records will meet any legal standard. Keep personal backups of important records.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not use ReadyCoParents to harass, threaten, stalk, defame, impersonate others, break the law, attack the service, or attempt to access another user’s account or data.

7. Changes

We may update the app, pricing, features, or these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
